As a supplier to several essential and critical services Cambs Compressors will continue to support all clients but will obviously prioritise emergency breakdowns accordingly.

Please be assured we have undertaken robust measures to ensure we are as prepared as we possibly can be, to deal with the COVID-19 Crisis. Our priority is to ensure our employees, customers and suppliers are safe whilst we continue to support the UK Manufacturing sector, Health Care, Food industry, transport, utilities, and other necessary goods and many of the essential services supporting our citizens.
We have already made a series of adjustments to our procedures.
- We are keeping our ways of working under review
- We are actively monitoring the rapidly evolving Coronavirus situation
- Adhering to government and NHS guidelines
- We are cancelling non-essential meetings
- Increased hygiene operations within our office, store facilities and mobile engineering staff
We have introduced COVID-19 procedures to minimise infections whilst completing any works:
- All engineers are now working remotely from HQ, so we protect our capability to support you
- Helpline support will be more actively promoted to avoid non-essential travel
- A diagnostic questionnaire prior to our attendance to establish any parts, etc, to avoid repeat visits whenever possible
- We will prioritise call-outs, repairs and essential installation works but keep you fully informed
- Engineers will use disposable gloves when on a visit and dispose of at the end of each call
- Engineers have hand sanitisers for regular use to supplement washroom hygiene
- Engineers will maintain social distancing – at least 2 metres or 3 steps away from any person - when on site
Cambs Compressors it taking all possible steps to continue our focus on customer support and we are set up to continue to offer our services throughout this period.
