With a career as a field service engineer, Andrew has extensive problem solving skills, developed over a rich mix of working environments. A qualified engineer, his new territory will be a lot more local to his last role, working to support food retail in central London. Based in Lincolnshire, Andrew will be predominantly looking after clients in the Spalding and Boston areas.

With any business, the pressure is on if you have a breakdown, which is why any field engineer worth his salt wants to employ robust proactive maintenance practices anytime they visit a clients premises. However, breakdowns are sometimes unpredictable and unavoidable but always come with high pressure to get things back up and running. Working in central London adds to the frustrations as traffic presents its own challenges and makes any realistic timescale to arrive let alone fix the problem a nightmare. Which is why Andrew is looking forward to servicing his territory and getting to know his new customers.
