Celebrating 30 years with a Chill Swim!

To celebrate the landmark anniversary of 30 years since Cambs Compressors was formed, Annthea is to swim Coniston Water.

Who should we try and raise money for?

The 2022 Chillswim Coniston Swim will take place on Saturday 25th June - this will be the 10th year of this incredible swimming event. However, it would be an opportunity missed if the event wasn’t used to raise money for a worthy cause. So we’re asking if you know of a cause we can support with this activity so can suggestions be emailed to annthea@cambscompressors.co.uk. We’ll announce the winning cause in our Spring 2022 newsletter.

Some criteria to consider

We would love to support something which is connected to our customers or the local community. The homeless charities are very close to our heart - we completed in a cold water team event last weekend and helped raise £500 for shelter. By local we mean in the area within which Cambs Compressors operates. We love animals, encourage anything which supports health and activities with the younger generation, but we feel sure there is a worthy cause out there where a few hundred pounds would make a big difference. Hopefully we can raise more - so get in touch, let us know about your cause.
