Cambs Engineers Undertake Training at BOGE HQ

June 22, 2026

As part of our commitment to our continual learning, development and improvement programme, all of our engineers have recently completed manufacturer training at BOGE’s UK headquarters in Huddersfield.

The training was a great chance for the team to spend time with the manufacturer and get hands-on with the latest equipment. Cambs Compressors are a BOGE Platinum Partner, supplying the full range of BOGE air compressors and compressed air systems.

The courses included BST service technician refresher training, along with controller software updates and technical updates across the BOGE range. This gave the engineers a chance to review the latest developments, and talk through real-world challenges with the BOGE team. At Cambs, we place a lot of value on this kind of learning, as it helps us stay up to date and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

One of the key parts of the training was an in-depth look at BOGE Connect, the smart remote monitoring system that gives users real-time access to compressor data and system controls from a laptop or phone. This speeds up commissioning and allows engineers to monitor the efficiency of the system remotely, providing a clearer picture of how the equipment is performing day to day.

For our service engineers, that kind of data is extremely valuable – it means we can see how a customer’s system is working at a glance and be proactive to offer better support, ensuring that their compressed air systems are running as efficiently as possible.

Overall, it was a really useful few days for the team and another good step in our ongoing continuous learning, development, and improvement programme. We’re proud to keep investing in our people so we can continue delivering the best possible service to our customers.
